you may get some problems when installing php 7 with apt-get, most of them can be fixed with installing some additional packagers

libapache2-mod-php7.0 your apache not having php configuration files
php7.0-mbstring - mbstring error in apps
php7.0-mcrypt - if you have a sigin page and you get an error
php7.0-mysql - mysql
