Deleting error with fat32

some times there are problems when you want to delete a folder on windows and it ask you to skip the file or folder. I can be because the path is too long so what you want to do is to rename some of folders or files and instead of: c://users/me/folder/auvbfaerpcknajubsivnuperiacvnapeiruc/grbvd/evdnuaeric/eavb rename it to: c://users/me/folder/a/b/c/d this problem my acure usualy with fat32/fat usb drives.
